Object: Time Release Capsule (on sponge)
Lense: MX 5030RZII
Magnification: 50-300X
Adapters: AD-5030RVS
Note: Roughness of the spheres and complex structure of fibers can
be observed effectively in 3-D viewing. To observe these kind of samples,
oblique angle viewing with rotation (3-D viewing) is essential to get a
feel for the structure and inspect in detail.

Object: Medical Stent
Lense: MX 5030RZII
Magnification: 50-300X Zoom
Adapters: AD-5030RLS45 + AD-5030RLDS (Diffuser)
Note: With 3-D rotation with angle viewing and parfocal zooming,
small bars in such a complex object can be effectively inspected in detail.

Object: Human Skin
Lense: MX-400Z
Magnification: 400x fixed magnification
Adapters: Contact adapter
Note: When observing human skin or hairs, or other objects that
would be difficult to put "under" the microscope, non-destructive
observation with a hand-held lens can be the only solution for some
observations. If the inspection site is vibrating, hand-held application
instead of mounting on the stand is also effective.

Object: Azalea
Lense: MX-5030RZII
Magnification: 20-120X Zoom
Adapters: AD-5030LOWRLS(x0.4 mag. change adapter 30° oblique angle)
Note: Even if the sample is not flat and has rather large Z-axis
dimensions, using 3-D rotary head adapter and taking advantage of Hirox
lenses greater depth of field, observation can be made with remarkably
lifelike clarity.

Object: Table Salt
Lense: MX 5030 RZ II
Magnification: 50-300X
Adapters: AD 5030 RLS 45
Note: Powders or granular materials can be easily observed in detail
with 3-D viewing. These powdery materials, although often small in size,
are however not flat objects. 3-D viewing can reveal details about the
structure of the material that may remain unsee using conventional methods.

Object: Textile Fiber (Jeans)
Lense: MX-5030RZII
Magnification: 50-300X
Adapters: AD-5030RLS45
Note: Textiles also can be observed in 3-D. For this application,
fixed mag lenses with contact adapter (hand-held application) is also often
used.

Object: Ball Grid Array (BGA)
Lense: MX-BGAZ
Magnification: 50-200X
Note: For BGA or Micro BGA chips, using BGA lens and special
lighting fibers, observation can easily be made underneath BGA chips. Since
Hirox lenses are noted for greater depth of field, BGA chips can be inspected
about 4 to 6 rows deep inside depending upon BGA chips.

Object: Semiconductor Circuit
Lense: MX-10C with
OL-700
Magnification: 700-7000X
Note: With Hirox inspection power, we offer up to 7000x
magnification. Even in very high magnification, with Hirox's lighting
techniques, we can provide crisper and sharper images.

Object: Solder Joint
Lense: MX-5030RZII
Magnification: 100X
Adapters: AD-5030RLS45
Note: In QC and FA of SMT components on PC boards, 3-D inspection with
higher magnification is very effective. Hirox lenses can provide high
quality inspection standard for SMT industries.
