Good for Hand Held Application

C-Mount is a common mechanical interface for digital cameras. The lenses are optimized for ~1/2' camera sensors and can be used with CCD or CMOS chip cameras. The c-mount lenses are best suited for applications that require a special camera or for single applications where no additional lenses will be required. C-mount style is not recommended if you need to use more than one lens with a camera.

Hirox Main Units are basically consist of camera (CCD and CCU) and Light source. Depending upon users applications, Hirox offers 3 types of units. Each of them can take full advantage of Hirox lenses.

KH-7700

KH-7700 is the HIROX's newest most advanced development, the digital camera, light source, integrated LCD monitor, integrated computer and software come all together as one unit. Auto Calibration Select (ACS) feature (When you zoom in and out, the scale and calibration in the unit changes accordingly), auto z-axis stand interface, recording digital movies, capturing still images, make 2D and 3D measurements (height measurement, volume measurement and profiling etc.) are all integrated and make for greater functionality and higher speed. This unit is also great for portable applications.

KH-1300

The new Hirox KH-1300 is a simplified version of the live imaging 2 Mpixel main unit; the same remarkable image quality but without the integrated analysis software. With FireWire (IEEE 1394b) ultra fast connection to a PC, it is possible to have the high resolution image on a computer monitor as well as on an external monitor directly connected to the unit. Capture, record and measurement are just a click away. Outstanding Hirox image quality at a lower price.
